To enjoy Netflix to the fullest, you should access the platform from the USA. The reason is simple: only in the United States do you have the largest selection of films and shows.
The reason is licensing: For many other countries, Netflix has not been able to obtain licenses to stream certain media. Netflix usually identifies an IP coming from a VPN within 12 hours and 2 weeks. That means, if the VPN provider has for example 120 unused IPs on their repertory, they are able to provide Netflix services for their VPN users for 1 year.
